Have been wanting to do this post for a little while – and what better way to try and get back into the swing of posting regularly, than putting literal useless pictures and information on the interwebs for the world to see; and judge, and hopefully laugh at….
Here’s some of my favourite animal pictures taken around the world. I actually have so many I might turn this into a series:
Okay – here we go;
Kicking things off in Australia – this is a photo of a baby seal and some sort of bird thing (yep. regular David Attenborough over here). Snapped while on a whale watching tour in Victor Harbour. We did not see any whales.
A snap of some snappy turtles in the pond out the front of the Palacio de Cristal in Madrid’s Buen Retiro Park.
A curious pooch-moe during a surveillance in Dublin outside the Guinness factory.
The stupid hostel cat who lived at Cocomama in Amsterdam. He was fat and useless. He refused to catch mice and would just sit meeeeeowwwing at this door for ages until someone would open it for him.
And last but not least, probably my favourite photo of any animal taken anywhere in the world.
….I think they forgot the dog.
I think this is the type of content the world needs right now yeah? Useless and meaningless — but animals. Everyone loves animals.
Good god I can’t wait until we can travel again.
